COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Thank you to everyone for your patience while we wait to figure out what is happening with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and our Swim Camp. We hope everyone has continued to be healthy and safe. This has been a very trying and confusing time for everyone and I know we will all be very grateful when this has passed.

We are so sad to inform you that at this time Texas A&M has cancelled ALL camps through June 30, 2020. This means that we are forced to cancel all current sessions of camp at this time, including sessions 5 and 6 that were added in lieu of our May sessions. We are so sorry as we had hoped that our June camps would not be affected.  We will begin cancelling registrations and refunding all amounts paid to date, including any non-refundable deposits.  Refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for payment.

Texas A&M University will continue to update guidance on regarding plans for continuity of operations on campus and we are working with the University to try to be able to offer camps for some time in July or early August. Once details are finalized about these camps we will communicate them and open up online registration.

We are so sorry to not be able to provide a camp this summer but our commitment is to the health and safety of all campers and camp staff. We will continue to monitor and proactively communicate with you. In the interim, should you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected] .

Please stay safe!
