The “cash bank” is available to all campers. Campers may "deposit" cash at check-in and may withdraw money each day at lunch time as they need it. (Campers should bring the bills they want to have in the bank. We will not have change). Typical suggested amounts to bring are $40.00 to $100.00. If campers plan to buy clothing or expensive gifts at the Texas A&M bookstore they may need more. Cash is needed for souvenirs, snacks, pizza and some activities. Although most activities are free, those that are offered by organizations other than Aggie Swim Camp, such as rock climbing, may have fees ranging up to $20.00.  Banks are kept safely locked up during all times.  (Campers are welcome to keep and be responsible for their own money - this is just a convenience offered to keep money safe for those who choose it.  Receipts will be issued during check-in to anyone depositing money with us.  Any funds not used during camp are returned during the check-out process).
Campers will meet our camp Athletic Trainer during check-in. Our Athletic Trainer lives in the dorms and is available to assist campers 24 hours/day with any medical needs.  The Athletic Trainer can also store medicine and give it to campers at specified times if necessary. If your camper has any specific medical needs or is taking any prescription medicine and you would like the Athletic Trainer to be responsible for dispensing the medication during camp please be sure to talk with the Athletic Trainer during the check-in process.  Important: Unless our Athletic Trainer is notified during the check-in process Aggie Swim Camp will not give out aspirin, Tylenol, or any other medication without first talking to a parent or someone designated by the parent to make decisions.

All campers will receive a Texas A&M Swim Camp t-shirt during the second roll call.

Additional Swim Camp merchandise will be available for sale during check-in and check-out.  Merchandise includes items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, caps, suits, blankets, etc.  Camp photos are taken of the entire camp group on the first night of camp and are also available for purchase at check-in and check-out.
