WHAT TO BRING/NOT TO BRING CHECKLIST: 

Items to bring to camp:

  • Athletic Attire
  • Athletic Shoes
  • Alarm Clock
  • Backpack/Tote
  • Bed Linens (XL Twin Bed) 
  • Blankets/Comforter/Pillows
  • Casual Clothes
  • Goggles
  • Fins
  • Personal toiletries
  • Spending Money
  • Suits - at least 1 for each practice 
  • Sunscreen
  • Swim Caps
  • Towels - at least 3
  • Water Bottle 

Cell Phones, Computers and TV's are acceptable at camp. Basic cable and WiFi are available in all dorm rooms, however, campers must bring their own cable wires and tv. 

Refrigerators (either full size or dorm size depending on the room) and microwaves are available in all dorm rooms. Campers are encouraged to bring drinks and snacks for their rooms. 

Prohibited Items at camp:

  • Adult / Alcoholic Beverages 
  • E-Cigarettes / Vapes
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal Drugs of any kind
  • Incense
  • Knives of any kind
  • Lighters / Matches
  • Razors (with the exception of shaving razors)
  • Rope(s)
  • Tobacco Products of any kind
MEDICATIONS / MEDICAL DEVICES: 
 
 
Aggie Swim Camp 2025 will have a Certified Athletic Trainer on-site 24/7. Listed Guardians are required to speak with the Athletic Trainer at check-in to ensure the best understanding of the campers needs. Campers will receive their medications based off the schedule submitted during check-in. The Athletic Trainer will take responsibility for all medications during camp and will return medications during the check-out process. Any questions or concerns regarding medications should be discussed with the Athletic Trainer and/or communicated via email to [email protected]. 

NOTE: Campers who request medications NOT listed in their registration materials or communicated with the Athletic Trainer will not be dispensed unless approval is provided by the Listed Guardian first. 
NOTE: Any medical or health information provided to the Athletic Trainer and/or the Camp Director will remain private and confidential according to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA. 
 
 

MERCHANDISE: 

 
 
Each camper who attends Aggie Swim Camp in 2025 will receive at camp t-shirt. Additional merchandise will be available during camp for purchase.
