Jamie Lew joined the Texas A&M swimming & diving staff in July of 2024 as an assistant coach following stops at Indiana, William & Mary and Harvard. 


Lew arrives in Aggieland after spending three seasons at Indiana. After serving as the volunteer assistant coach for the 2021-22 season, Lew moved into the role of director of operations for the program. In his time at Indiana, the Hoosiers claimed four Big Ten team titles while both the men’s and women’s squads posted top-10 finishes at NCAA Championships. He worked closely with head coach Ray Looze to develop and guide Josh Matheny to becoming a U.S. Olympian. 
 
Prior to his time at Indiana, Lew spent the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons at William & Mary coaching the distance swimmers and helping the Tribe claim its sixth straight Coastal Athletic Association title on the men’s side.  
 
Lew began his coaching career as an age group coach with Crimson Aquatics from 2015-19, while also serving as a volunteer assistant coach with the Harvard men’s team. He helped guide Harvard to a top-eight finish at NCAA Championships.
